Ascent on Main is located in the New West End of Mainstreet in Downtown Parker. It evokes the ambiance and style of Colorado.

This hotel is an all suites property; you can chose from Queen or King at $165 night. The room block is from 6/3/24 to 6/12/24 Should you wish to arrive earlier in the week or stay after the wedding, the rate is the same (no minimum nights required) . We want you to have a fantastic time and enjoy the festivities so we are offering a complimentary shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. The ride is 45 minutes from Parker.

Ride Share is not available in that area but should you choose to drive, the venue has parking.

We will have shuttles leaving at 3:00 and 3:30 and then departing the venue at 10 and 10:30. The shuttle service will be picking up at both hotels, please indicate which location you would like when you add your reservation on Signup Genius.

Colorado in June can be cool once the sun sets so you might want to bring a light jacket or sweater.

The venue is in a rustic area with some dirt paths and grassy areas - we recommend women wear flats or a chunk heel.

Wear what you like, but we are dressing up for our wedding!

The venue is on 90 acres in a semi remote area and cell service is spotty so there is no guarantee .

We will be offering charcuterie boards and cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony.

The dinner buffet will have a variety of salads and dishes with vegetarian options as well. Please let Annie know if you have dietary restrictions.

We will have a complimentary bar with beer, wine, champagne along with alcohol and mixers . We will also have plenty of non alcoholic selections.

Please see the travel section as we are providing shuttle service to the venue. You must RSVP and sign up for a ride by May 8th. Please note the pick up and drop off areas will be at the Ascent on Main and the Springfield Suites both in Parker. Should you want to take the shuttle we recommend you drive or ride share to either location that you sign up for.

You can also drive to the event and there is plenty of parking on site.


Ride share is not available out there so you need to have a plan.

Smoking and vaping are allowed in a designated area but even though we are in CO they don't allow any marijuana smoking on the premises. Thank you for understanding.
